Senior Fitness and Injury Prevention Programs:
Our senior fitness program prioritizes balance, strength and mobility. We personalize each workout program in order to improve overall health and to help maintain activities of daily living. The main focus of this program is fall prevention, range of motion and strengthening of muscles. So that you can keep enjoying your daily hike, gardening or golf game with no fear of injury.
Our injury prevention program consists of a workout regime that focuses on strengthening the surrounding muscles around ankle, knee and shoulder joints. We also incorporate balance exercises that help stimulate your neuromuscular system to react effectively and efficiently when running or jumping in all planes of motion.

Mindfulness Meditation: Where we practice concentration and awareness by paying attention to our thoughts as they pass through our minds.
Visualization meditation: A technique focused on enhancing feelings of calmness, relaxation and peace through the visualization of positive scenes and images.
Focused Meditation: A form of meditation where all 5 senses are involved. We use the 5 senses to concentrate on a task at hand, such as breathing or relaxing our muscles.
